Information You Provide
The Hiring Confidence™ assessment allows you to enter information about a hiring decision, including a candidate identifier, role information, evaluator observations, judgments, and other assessment-related information.
Please do not enter sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for evaluating a candidate's qualifications for a role.
Assessment Information
Nerovelo uses information entered into the Hiring Confidence™ assessment to provide the assessment experience, including organizing evaluator observations, judgments, evidence indicators, areas requiring further validation, and assessment results.
Nerovelo is a decision-support tool. It does not make hiring or employment decisions. All employment decisions remain the responsibility of the hiring organization and its authorized decision-makers.
Data Storage
Nerovelo is an evolving software service, and its features and functionality may change as the product is improved.
Assessment information may be temporarily stored within your browser to allow you to move through the assessment and return to your work during the same or subsequent browser sessions.
Nerovelo may provide user accounts for access to certain features of the service. Account information is used to authenticate users and manage access to those features.
Nerovelo does not currently provide a persistent cloud-based repository for storing completed candidate assessments. Unless otherwise indicated, users should maintain their own records of assessment results they wish to retain.
Because the product is under active development, users should not use Nerovelo as the sole system of record for candidate or hiring information.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, Nerovelo and the technology services used to operate it may receive limited technical information when you visit the site, such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and basic usage or diagnostic information.
This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
Information associated with use of Nerovelo may be used to:
- Provide and operate the Hiring Confidence™ assessment;
- Generate assessment results and decision-support information;
- Maintain and improve the functionality of the website;

Candidate Privacy
Nerovelo is designed to minimize the amount of personally identifiable candidate information required to conduct an assessment.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they enter into Nerovelo is appropriate for the hiring purpose and that they have the right to use that information.
Third-Party Services
Nerovelo relies on third-party technology providers to host, operate, maintain, and improve the website and application. Those providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.
As Nerovelo develops and additional services are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect material changes in how information is collected, stored, processed, or shared.
Sale of Personal Information
Nerovelo does not sell candidate assessment information or personal information submitted through the Hiring Confidence™ assessment.
Employment Decisions
Hiring Confidence™ is intended to help hiring teams organize observations, evaluate available evidence, identify areas of uncertainty, and determine what may require additional validation.
The service is not intended to replace the judgment of hiring professionals or make employment decisions on behalf of an employer.

Nerovelo's features and services may evolve over time. We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. When material changes are made, the revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date.
